1. Login to their Personal Area. thought the web or the App.
2. Click the Chatbot button and type the keyword “Change Partner.” The Chatbot will provide a unique link.
3. Click the link to get the form. The 1st and 2nd sections are required; the 3rd and 4th sections are optional.
4. Submit the form.
5. Confirm the submission with the code sent to your security type (if requested).
6. Click “Continue.”
Once you have submitted the form, your request will be processed within 3 business days. You can check the status using the same link.
After your Partner Change request is accepted:
1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Create a new trading account from the same Personal Area. The new accounts will be under the new Partner. Please note that old accounts will remain under the old Partner.
